Collective Intelligence
Infrastructure for value alignment at the human level.
Conceptual collaboration
This is an active framework-building collaboration. Its account of collective intelligence is a design lens, not an experimentally established model.
Infrastructure for collective intelligence and value alignment, implemented in a framework with collaborators Marian and Johannes. Includes community formats, epistemic tools, and a shared vocabulary for reasoning about alignment at the human level.
One conceptual lens for the work is active inference: groups may coordinate partly by shaping what information becomes salient and actionable. The practical question does not depend on that lens being correct: what coordination structures help groups reason well together about things that matter, and how can those structures be built and evaluated deliberately?
